At Sundar Jewellery, we want you to love your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, your item must be:

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item once approved and place a new order separately.
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt—no explanation needed. Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
